> Apply, get your company checked, then choose a plan: list cars one by one or from Excel, post buying requests and contact members directly.

## Getting access

1. **Application**: Create your account with your business email, confirm it, and send your company details.
2. **Company review**: The PCT team reviews your application, usually in under 6 hours: your business registration, and your VAT details where applicable.
3. **Membership activation**: Choose monthly or yearly and save your card while you wait. It is charged only when you are approved.
4. **Complete profile**: Add your city, the languages you trade in, a few lines about you and your WhatsApp.
5. **Enter the network**: List vehicles, post requests and contact other members directly.

## What the application asks for

- A business email address
- A phone number
- Your company name and country
- VAT or company registration number
- Your website, if you have one

## Using PCT

- **Publish a vehicle**: Add the details, the photos, the price and its price type, then publish. Your listing becomes available to members across the network.
- **Upload multiple vehicles**: Download the template, fill in the Excel file, check the import and publish the vehicles that are ready.
- **Post a buying request**: Say what you are looking for, your requirements and your budget. Members with a car that fits are told and can answer.
- **Connect and manage your stock**: Contact the member on WhatsApp or by email, then keep your listing up to date: Available, Reserved or Sold.

## Questions

### When do I pay?

After your company application has been approved. Nothing is charged before then.

### Can I upload several vehicles at once?

Yes. Fill in the bulk upload template, up to 200 vehicles a file, review your entries, then publish. Rows that need a fix can wait as drafts.

### What happens when I mark a vehicle as sold?

It leaves the network's available listings and stays in your own vehicle history, under Sold. If you named the member who bought it, they are asked to confirm, and you can review each other.

### How do I contact another member?

Through the contact options on their profile or listing, including WhatsApp and email.
